Summarizing meeting

The project summarizing meeting was held today at the Czech Embassy with the representatives of the Georgian National Tourism Administration, the Head of the Czech Development Agency - Jana Zelingerova, and the Mayor of Dusheti Municipality - Matsatso Narimanidze.

The project was supported by the Czech Development Agency and was implemented by Agora Central Europe Agora Central Europe.

The results achieved by Mtskheta-Mtianeti DMI over the past year were highlighted, especially, the website www.mtskheta-mtianeti.com, where tourists can find all destinations, useful information, and businesses operating in the region in three languages; Established cooperation with municipalities and local businesses, as well as with various governmental agencies.

The potential of the historical route - the Dusheti-Ananuri part of the old military road was also discussed at the meeting, and different advertising activities, such as info tours and press trips were planned.
