Field Visits

On June 29 and 30, 2021, Mtskheta-Mtaineti DMI Representative Ana Zviadauri and Kristyna Fantova, the new Director of the Czech NGO Agora, visited Pshav-Khevsureti as part of a field visit to share project information with active community members selected for the project future purposes.

Within the framework of the project, Mtskheta-Mtianeti DMI invites the representatives of micro, small and medium entrepreneurs operating in the field of tourism in the Mtskheta-Mtianeti region for cooperation. The cooperation involves the support of locals in marketing activities by Mtskheta-Mtianeti DMI, in particular, posting information about such facilities on our website (www.mtskheta-mtianeti.com) and promoting them. Selected "ambassadors" will help to find similar businesses, who will gather this information in their communities, provide us with various photos and help us to reach as many people as possible. We offer support in digitizing and popularizing their activities for both local and international visitors. The project will focus on the promotion of less popular tourist destinations and will promote a relatively equal distribution of tourists in the Mtskheta-Mtianeti region.
